Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, but we do provide the option to exchange for another item or a different size. Another alternative would be to receive a store credit valid for 30 days of use.

Shipping Policy

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be provided. Once your tracking number has been sent, the package is no longer our responsibility. If the package arrives open, broken, or in poor condition, it is not our responsibility. ADN SHOP is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this happens, you have the option to file a claim through USPS.
