Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be provided. After the tracking number has been sent, the package is no longer our responsibility. If the package arrives open, damaged, or in poor condition, it is not our responsibility. ADN SHOP is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. In the event that this occurs, you have the option to file a claim through USPS.
